Mid Glamorgan Education Business Partnership as of 1st August 2011 is now apart of Careers Wales as Careers Wales Mid Glamorgan and Powys EBP. Careers Wales Mid Glamorgan and Powys EBP boast a team of twelve who work with schools on a range of employer related projects.  Core funding is provided by Careers Wales Mid Glamorgan and Powys although a significant amount also comes from the Education Departments of Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend and Rhondda Cynon Taff.  As Mid Glamorgan EBP in 1999 we became one of the first in the UK to be awarded the Quality Award for Education Business Partnerships.  Careers Wales Mid Glamorgan and Powys EBP works with 41 secondary schools, 8 special schools and more than 200 primary schools.  Projects are supported by almost 400 employers.
